We’ll meet with you to learn about your vision, goals, and priorities. At this stage, we’ll also discuss ballpark budget ranges to set expectations.
We’ll provide an initial estimate to help guide budgeting decisions and determine the next steps for your project.
The Letter of Agreement confirms Cogburn Contracting as your selected general contractor and authorizes us to begin pre-construction activities. These activities include defining project requirements, engaging the architect, coordinating with the city to verify regulations, and preparing a detailed bid. This step protects both parties and sets the stage for a smooth transition into the full construction contract.
If your project requires architectural plans, we’ll connect you with our architect to ensure the design reflects your vision and needs. (Additional charges may apply)
We’ll prepare a detailed estimate, giving you full transparency into where your investment goes.
The contract is the formal agreement that fully defines your project. It details the scope of work, project requirements, timeline, cost, and other critical terms. Once signed, it secures your project on our schedule and serves as the official roadmap for construction.
We handle the permitting process on your behalf, ensuring everything is compliant with
city or county requirements and approved for a smooth start.
You’ll receive guidance and pre-construction documents to help with material selections, giving you a clear overview of what to expect as we prepare to build.
With designs finalized, permits approved, materials selected, construction begins!
